How Our Live ETA Works
FleetUp users can send customers live ETA by:
1. Go to the “Map” tab.
2. Click the box to the left of the vehicle you want to share.
3. Click the “Live ETA” button.
4. Type the address into the “Destination Address” field.
5. Click the green magnifying glass icon.
6. Click the green email icon.
7. Add the client’s email address.
8. Click “Send Email.”
Now, your customer can check their shipment’s real-time ETA by clicking the link you just shared.
