Ranier Kim
Director of Customer Operations
Ranier is a seasoned sales and operations professional bringing over 15 years of experience in the retail, product, SaaS, and IoT industries. He was also one of FleetUp’s first employees. Starting as a senior sales engineer, he spearheaded the opening of FleetUp’s first regional office in the Los Angeles area, growing the team to over 20 employees. As a FleetUp veteran, he has held several positions, becoming regional sales manager, enterprise business manager, product manager, and more recently FleetUp’s director of customer operations. His years running through the ranks has given him a bird’s-eye-view of FleetUp’s industry, product, and customer base.
